- Open Bag: Remove casings from packaging
- Stuffing: Slide casing on stuffing horn. Collagen casings require a straight stuffing horn with the correct outside diameter to avoid breakage
- While Stuffing: Use only a small amount of resistance. If making links, slightly under stuff casing to allow for twisting
- Use: Collagen casings can be used for fresh and smoked sausages. They are edible and no need to peel prior to consuming
- Storage: For best results, store unused casings in refrigerator in the resealable bag
